Mae'r swydd hon yn cynnig cyfle gwych i ddod yn rhan o'n tîm ni a darparu cymorth ar draws y sefydliad. Rydyn ni'n talu cyflog deniadol o £21,394 - £22,453 ac yn cynnig mynediad at gyfleoedd hyfforddi a datblygu. I ddechrau mis Medi 2026.

Gwahoddir ceisiadau gan gynorthwywyr addysgu cymwys ar gyfer swydd llawn amser dros dro cytundeb Blwyddyn i ddechrau gyda’r posibilrwydd o ymestyn ar ôl hynny. Lleolir Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Allta ym mhentref Ystrad Mynach yn sir Caerffili. Mae’n ysgol hapus, gynhwysol a chymunedol ac ymfalchïwn yn y berthynas agos sydd gennym gyda’n rhieni a’r gymuned leol.

Rydym yn edrych i apwyntio cynorthwywyr dysgu ar raddfa 5 i ddechrau ym mis Medi 2026. Fe fydd yr ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus yn ymuno â thîm brwdfrydig, gweithgar a chyfeillgar yr ysgol. Disgwylir i’r ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus gydweithio’n agos gyda phlant, rhieni a staff yr ysgol er mwyn sicrhau parhad i ethos ardderchog a safonau uchel yr ysgol. Croesawn geisiadau gan unigolion â’r brwdfrydedd a’r angerdd i gyfrannu at wella profiadau disgyblion yr ysgol.

  • Cymhwyster Lefel 3 perthnasol ar Fframwaith Credydau a Chymwysterau Cymru, er enghraifft NVQ3 i Gynorthwywyr Addysgu neu brofiad.
  • Hyfforddiant yn y strategaethau perthnasol e.e. llythrennedd a/neu yn y cwricwlwm neu faes dysgu penodol e.e. dwyieithog, iaith arwyddion, dyslecsia, TGCh, mathemateg, Saesneg, CACHE ac ati.
  • Profiad o weithio gyda phlant o oedran perthnasol.

Mae gennym ni fuddion rhagorol gan gynnwys Cynllun Pensiwn Llywodraeth Leol a chynlluniau disgownt i staff.
