The school is seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the management and development of the school site and associated facilities. The role will support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in ensuring a safe, effective and efficient learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance, security and facilities across the school site
- Supervise site staff and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
- Manage fire safety, security and emergency access arrangements
- Contribute to the planning and development of premises services
Essential Criteria
- Significant experience in a site management or maintenance role
- Management or supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly, including outside normal hours
Grade: Grade 8 SCP 25–29
Hours: 37 hours per week
Weeks: 52 weeks
