Rydym yn awyddus i apwyntio Cyfathrebydd BSL O DAN HYFFORDDIANT drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg o fewn yr ysgol. Fe fydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn ymuno â thîm brwdfrydig, gweithgar a chyfeillgar Adran Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol yr ysgol. Croesawn geisiadau gan unigolion â’r brwdfrydedd a’r angerdd i gyfrannu at wella profiadau disgyblion yr ysgol yn ogystal â chyfrannu at fwrlwm addysgu Cymraeg yn Abertawe.
Prif ddiben y rôl yw darparu cymorth dehongli a chyfathrebu Iaith Arwyddion Prydain (BSL) i sicrhau bod dysgwyr byddar yn cael mynediad cyfartal at y cwricwlwm, yn gymdeithasol ac yn academaidd. Mae'r rôl hefyd yn cynnwys:
- cynllunio ac ymgymryd â gweithgareddau cefnogi dysgu sy'n berthnasol i anghenion y dysgwr byddar;
- cyd-gysylltu â staff ysgol, rhieni, asiantaethau allanol a chydweithwyr eraill i sicrhau bod strategaethau dysgu effeithiol yn cael eu rhoi ar waith;
- cyfrannu at gynllun cefnogi dysgu unigol i'r dysgwr.
Rydym yn benodol yn edrych am unigolyn sydd â’r brwdfrydedd i gymhwyso i o leiaf gymhwyster Lefel 3 BSL gyda pharodrwydd i weithio tuag at Lefel 4 BSL. Mae datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus yn bwysig, ac rydym yn annog Cyfathrebwyr BSL i barhau i ddatblygu eu rhuglder BSL. Mae’n rôl allweddol i sicrhau cefnogaeth i’n disgyblion i gyd i fod y gorau allant fod ac i gyrraedd eu potensial.
