Mae Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Cwm Rhondda yn awyddus i benodi Ymarferydd Addysgu Lefel Uwch (HLTA) brwdfrydig, profiadol a dibynadwy i fod yn aelod allweddol o dîm cynhwysiant yr ysgol. Chwiliwn am ymgeisydd egnïol a medrus fydd yn arwain ar gydlynu a darparu ymyraethau llythrennedd a rhifedd ar gyfer dysgwyr, gan gefnogi cynnydd, datblygiad sgiliau sylfaenol a chael effaith mesuradwy ar safonau cyflawniad.
Y rôl: Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn:
- arwain, cydlynu a gwerthuso rhaglenni ymyrraeth llythrennedd a rhifedd ar gyfer unigolion a grwpiau bach o ddysgwyr,
- cynllunio a darparu sesiynau ymyrraeth o ansawdd uchel gan addasu gweithgareddau yn unol ag anghenion dysgwyr,
- monitro cynnydd dysgwyr gan ddefnyddio data ac adborth i lywio ymyraethau pellach,
- gweithio’n agos gyda staff addysgu, arweinwyr pwnc a’r tîm cynhwysiant i gefnogi cyrhaeddiad dysgwyr,
- cefnogi darpariaeth addysgu o fewn y dosbarth ar adegau, gan gynnwys arwain gweithgareddau dysgu,
- hyrwyddo strategaethau effeithiol ar gyfer datblygu llythrennedd a rhifedd ar draws yr ysgol,
- meithrin perthnasoedd cadarnhaol gyda dysgwyr a’u cymell i gyflawni eu potensial,
- hyrwyddo ymddygiad cadarnhaol a lles dysgwyr,
- cyfrannu’n weithgar at ethos cynhwysol yr ysgol a bywyd ehangach yr adran.
