Chwiliwn am ymgeisydd egnïol a hyblyg fydd yn medru ymdopi â’r her o gefnogi ystod eang o ddysgwyr o fewn yr adran gynhwysiant ac yn ystod y diwrnod ysgol. Bydd y rôl yn canolbwyntio ar hyrwyddo cynhwysiant a chynnydd dysgwyr drwy gefnogi gweithgareddau dysgu mewn gwahanol amgylcheddau.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn:

  • arwain a chefnogi sesiynau gwaith ac ymyrraeth ar gyfer unigolion a grwpiau bach o ddysgwyr,
  • gweithio’n agos gyda staff addysgu a’r tîm cynhwysiant i gefnogi cynnydd dysgwyr,
  • cynorthwyo dysgwyr i gymryd rhan lawn mewn gweithgareddau dysgu ar draws yr ysgol,
  • darparu cefnogaeth hyblyg o fewn gwahanol amgylcheddau dysgu (gan gynnwys o fewn y dosbarth ar adegau),
  • hyrwyddo ymddygiad cadarnhaol a lles dysgwyr,
  • cyfrannu at ethos cynhwysol yr ysgol a bywyd ehangach yr adran.

Nid yw profiad blaenorol mewn addysg yn hanfodol, ond byddai’n fantais. Rydym yn chwilio am rywun sy’n:

  • meddu ar sgiliau cyfathrebu cryf ac yn meithrin perthnasoedd cadarnhaol gyda dysgwyr,
  • hyblyg ac yn gallu addasu i anghenion gwahanol ddysgwyr a sefyllfaoedd,
  • ymrwymedig i gynhwysiant, tegwch a lles pob dysgwr,
  • gallu gweithio’n effeithiol fel rhan o dîm,
  • dangos agwedd gadarnhaol, frwdfrydig ac yn gallu ysgogi dysgwyr,
  • trefnus a dibynadwy yn ei waith dyddiol,
  • ymrwymedig i addysg Gymraeg ac yn cefnogi’r iaith Gymraeg a diwylliant Cymru.

Mae gweledigaeth yr ysgol “Dyheu. Dysg. Daioni.” yn amlinellu ein hymrwymiad i ragoriaeth, tegwch a lles, ac mae’n tanategu pob agwedd o fywyd yr ysgol. Mae Cymreictod a pharch yn greiddiol i’n hethos: parch at ein hunain, parch at eraill a’n hamgylchfyd, a balchder yn ein hiaith, ein diwylliant a’n llwyddiannau ar y cyd.

Mae’r ysgol yn gwasanaethu dalgylch eang ar draws Cwm Rhondda, gyda chysylltiadau rhwydd o fod wedi’i lleoli yn y Porth – tua 20 munud o Gaerdydd ac 20 munud o Ben-y-bont.

Am drafodaeth anffurfiol am y rôl, cysylltwch â'r CADY Mrs Rhian Roberts gan ffonio'r ysgol.

Mae Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Cwm Rhondda wedi ymrwymo i ddiogelu a hyrwyddo lles plant a phobl ifanc. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn destun gwiriadau cyn-gyflogaeth priodol, gan gynnwys gwiriad DBS uwch a geirdaon boddhaol.
