- cynorthwyo dysgwyr i gymryd rhan lawn mewn gweithgareddau dysgu ar draws yr ysgol,
- darparu cefnogaeth hyblyg o fewn gwahanol amgylcheddau dysgu (gan gynnwys o fewn y dosbarth ar adegau),
- hyrwyddo ymddygiad cadarnhaol a lles dysgwyr,
- cyfrannu at ethos cynhwysol yr ysgol a bywyd ehangach yr adran.
