The Governors are seeking to appoint a Science and Design Technology Technician to support the staff of this popular secondary school in delivery of Science and Technology lessons, supporting clubs and in assisting the Heads of Department with administrative tasks. Working closely with another technician, you will be required to demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in addition to the science, technology and technical skills necessary to support practical work up to A 'level standard.
Hours of work will be 31 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 days (of which 5 are training days).
Hours of work will be 8.30 - 3.15 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-3pm Friday (there may be flexibility in times and days).
Grade 4 (points 8 - 11) of CCBC's pay and grading scale:
Pro rata: £19,977 - £20,959
FTE: £27,709 - £29,071
