Applicants should:
- Ideally have experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age and have the ability to relate well to children and adults.
- Ideally have experience of working with children with emotional, behavioural and social communication difficulties.
- Complete an induction programme.
- Participate in development and training opportunities.
- Have a basic understanding of the use of technology - computer, video, photocopier.
- Have good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
