Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally have experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age and ability to relate well to children and adults.
  • Ideally have experience of working with children with emotional, behavioural and social communication difficulties.
  • Complete an induction programme.
  • Participate in development and training opportunities.
  • Have a basic understanding of the use of technology: computer, video, photocopier.
  • Have good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities, and your own position within these.
