Mae Estyn, yn yr adroddiad craidd, Ebrill 2024, yn datgan bod Ysgol Bro Caereinion ‘yn gymuned ysgol groesawgar lle caiff disgyblion eu parchu. Mae bron pob un o’r disgyblion yn ymddwyn yn dda iawn mewn gwersi ac o gwmpas adeiladau’r ysgol. Maent yn ymgysylltu’n gadarnhaol â’u dysgu’. Mae ein hysgol yn darparu amgylchedd diogel a chefnogol, wedi’i feithrin gan ethos cryf o ofal, gyda thîm staff ymroddgar sy’n cydweithio’n effeithiol er mwyn sicrhau’r gorau i’n disgyblion.

Dyma gyfle cyffrous i unigolyn ysbrydoledig, brwdfrydig a threfnus ymuno â’n tîm yn ein canolfan lles – Hafan, sydd yn ganolbwynt ein hysgol. Mae Hafan yn lle diogel a chroesawgar i bob disgybl, gan chwarae rôl allweddol wrth gefnogi eu datblygiad personol ac addysgol. Fel Swyddog Lles Disgyblion byddwch yn hyrwyddo lles emosiynol a chymdeithasol disgyblion, gan gryfhau ymdeimlad o berthyn, meithrin parch, a’u cefnogi i fod yn barod ar gyfer eu dysgu a bywyd.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio’n agos iawn gyda’r Arweinwyr Cynnydd, gan adeiladu perthnasoedd cryf gyda disgyblion, staff a theuluoedd, a chyfrannu’n uniongyrchol at ddatblygu amgylchedd dysgu cadarnhaol lle gall pob disgybl ffynnu – o’n bro i’r byd.

Rydym yn chwilio am ymgeisydd sydd:

  • yn angerddol dros lles a llwyddiant pob disgybl;
  • yn meddu ar sgiliau rhyngbersonol rhagorol ac sy’n gallu meithrin perthnasoedd cadarnhaol;

  • yn meddu ar y gallu i weithio’n effeithiol gyda rhieni, y gymuned a phartneriaid allanol, gan gynnwys asiantaethau allanol, er mwyn cefnogi disgyblion;
  • yn dangos agwedd gadarnhaol ‘gallaf wneud’ tuag at ddatrys problemau;
  • yn drefnus iawn ac yn meddu ar sgiliau cadarn o gadw cofnodion a dilyn prosesau;
