Ysgol Afon Wen is seeking to appoint a highly organised, detail-focused and proactive Examinations and Data Officer to play a key role in supporting student achievement and the effective operation of the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent administrative, analytical and communication skills to manage all aspects of the school's examination processes and student data systems. The successful candidate will: Coordinate and administer all internal and external examinations in accordance with awarding body regulations. Act as the school's lead examinations officer, ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding organisation requirements. Maintain accurate pupil data and assessment information. Support the production and analysis of attainment, assessment and progress reports. Manage examination entries, timetables, access arrangements and results processing. Work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, students and parents regarding examinations and data. Produce reports and information to support school improvement and decision-making. Has excellent organisational and administrative skills. Has excellent organisational and administrative skills. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Has strong ICT skills, including experience of spreadsheets and database systems. Can manage competing deadlines effectively. Communicates professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
