For our boutique in London, we are recruiting a Sales Advisor (M/F) on a fixed term contract basis, 24h per week. This role is available from 1 December to 31 December.
You welcome clients with kindness and attention, advise them on our collections and help them find the pieces in which they feel confident. You are autonomous, organised and share your passion for Ysé's universe.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
CLIENT SERVICE & SALES

Welcome and support each client with generosity, attentiveness and kindness whilst offering sincere advice

Actively contribute to driving revenue, boutique performance indicators and client retention

Handle till operations with rigour and professionalism
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & MERCHANDISING

Participate in all in-house training to master Ysé's collections in depth

Consistently uphold brand image standards by applying Ysé's merchandising fundamentals with care and precision

Ensure correct shelf placement according to Store Manager guidelines and report any product inconsistencies observed
STOCK MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

Master operational tasks within defined timescales: deliveries, restocking, returns, stock takes

Master till opening and closing procedures

Use Shopify tools, RFID technology and omnichannel processes (Click & Collect) confidently
IMAGE, CLEANLINESS & TEAM SPIRIT

Wear the Ysé uniform with care: always clean and well-maintained

Actively contribute to boutique cleanliness and maintenance (flooring, fixtures, fitting rooms, windows)

Foster a positive, supportive and kind working atmosphere within your team
