The Role
- Mechanical fault-finding, repair, maintenance, and overhaul of industrial woodworking machinery
- Installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new and existing equipment
- Planned preventative maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns
- Working closely with customers to minimise downtime and maximise machine performance
- Accurate service reporting and parts identification
- Occasional support with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems (mechanical focus primary)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Field Service, Maintenance, or Workshop Engineer with a strong mechanical bias (ideally on industrial machinery, woodworking equipment, CNC, or similar)
- Excellent mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently on customer sites while representing a premium brand
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Training is provided. Experience with woodworking machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, or high-precision industrial equipment is highly advantageous
