Are you a skilled engineer looking for more than just another job? We are seeking an ambitious Field Service Engineer to join an established powered access company during an exciting period of growth. When the Aylesbury team grows, it will report to you. This is a genuine opportunity to become an integral part of the company operations. As they expand their presence across the Bucks, Herts, Oxford, Beds areas, you'll have the chance to build something meaningful and establish yourself as a vital member of the national business. Currently with 85 machines, growing to 150.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair a diverse 85 machine strong (rising to 150) range of powered access equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and spider platforms
  • Diagnose faults and perform on-site repairs at customer locations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Ensure all work meets industry regulations and company standards
  • When the team grows - they report to you

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems (powered access experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
