You’ll be supported by a trusted brand, proven services, and a structured onboarding programme to set you up for success from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with SME owners (£1.5m–£10m turnover) in a consultative, value‑led way
- Managing the full sales journey—from initial conversation through to onboarding
- Building and nurturing introducer relationships (accountants, advisors, brokers, etc.)
- Representing a highly credible fractional finance offering with strong client retention
- Growing the Liverpool territory and developing a sustainable, recurring‑revenue portfolio
What We’re Looking For

- Confidence discussing business and financial performance (no accounting qualification required)
- Experience building introducer relationships from scratch and scaling them into consistent referral pipelines
- A collaborative mindset, with the autonomy to manage your own territory
Why Join us
- Uncapped recurring commission with significant long‑term earning potential
