Neurofer is a specialist neurodevelopmental assessment provider offering high-quality Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessments for children, young people and adults. We are committed to reducing waiting times and providing accessible, evidence-based assessments delivered by experienced clinicians.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our clinical team and recruit experienced ASD and ADHD assessors to undertake assessments on a flexible contractor basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ADHD and/or Autism assessments for children, young people and adults.
- Review referral information and pre-assessment questionnaires.
- Undertake structured clinical interviews and diagnostic assessments.
- Complete clear, accurate and evidence-based reports.
- Provide diagnostic feedback to patients and families where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Work in line with NICE guidelines, safeguarding requirements and professional standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision, CPD and quality assurance processes.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Healthcare Professional (HCPC, NMC, GMC, Social Work England or equivalent).
- Experience assessing and diagnosing ADHD and/or Autism.
- Strong report writing skills.
- ADOS-2 trained.
- Experience using DIVA-5, ACE, ADI‑R, DISCO or other recognised diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of current NICE guidance relating to neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Desirable
- Previous experience within NHS or private neurodevelopmental services.
- Driving licence.
- Cliniko experience or similar booking system knowledge.
