- Deliver Level 2 and 3 residential building surveys for a growing surveying firm that uses bespoke reporting tech and full admin support, so surveyors spend their time on surveys and client relationships - not paperwork.
- Build a referral network and contribute to business development.
What success looks like in year one
- Consistently deliver Level 2 and 3 surveys to agreed quality and turnaround standards
- Build a referral pipeline generating repeat instructions
- Contribute to at least one business development or marketing initiative
Requirements
- AssocRICS or above
- 2+ years' experience in Level 2 / 3 residential surveys (less considered for surveyor role)
- Solid technical knowledge and a client-focused approach
