  • Consistently deliver Level 2 and 3 surveys to agreed quality and turnaround standards
  • Build a referral pipeline generating repeat instructions
  • Contribute to at least one business development or marketing initiative

Requirements

  • AssocRICS or above
  • 2+ years' experience in Level 2 / 3 residential surveys (less considered for surveyor role)
  • Solid technical knowledge and a client-focused approach
