A growing civil engineering and earthworks business in North Leeds is looking for a highly organised Sales Process Coordinator to sit at the heart of their commercial operation.
The Role
You’ll own the internal sales process from initial enquiry through to order - keeping pipeline activity moving, maintaining Salesforce CRM records, generating quotations, and supporting Sales Directors with task management, scheduling, and customer follow-up. You’ll also support key national accounts, acting as a reliable point of contact for customers across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and monitoring pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Generating and tracking customer quotations and proposals
- Supporting Sales Directors with priorities, deadlines, and follow-up
- Managing national account relationships through proactive communication
- Attending trade shows and occasional site visits
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in sales support, account management, or commercial operations
- Salesforce CRM experience (highly desirable)
- Construction, civil engineering, or earthworks background desirable
- Strong telephone communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable taking ownership
