A growing civil engineering and earthworks business in North Leeds is looking for a highly organised Sales Process Coordinator to sit at the heart of their commercial operation.

The Role

  • You'll own the internal sales process from initial enquiry through to order - keeping pipeline activity moving, maintaining Salesforce CRM records, generating quotations, and supporting Sales Directors with task management, scheduling, and customer follow-up.
  • You'll also support key national accounts, acting as a reliable point of contact for customers across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and monitoring pipeline activity in Salesforce
  • Generating and tracking customer quotations and proposals
  • Supporting Sales Directors with priorities, deadlines, and follow-up
  • Managing national account relationships through proactive communication
