The role is a home-based residential surveying position delivering blended Level 2 and Level 3 surveys across your region. You will handle complex and higher-value instructions, maintain strong audit performance, and develop referral relationships with local introducers.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering high-quality Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
  • Managing your own caseload to consistently strong audit scores
  • Building and maintaining a referral network within your patch
  • Handling complex, higher-value instructions with client-facing confidence

What success looks like in year one:

  • Consistent audit scores meeting quality threshold
  • An active and growing referral network contributing to your OTE
  • Progression toward the upper end of the 75k - 90k OTE range

What we are looking for:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • 2+ years PQE in residential surveying (other roles available DOE)
