What success looks like in year one:
- Consistently deliver Level 2 and 3 surveys to agreed quality and turnaround standards.
- Build a referral pipeline generating repeat instructions.
- Contribute to at least one business development or marketing initiative.
Requirements:
- Assoc RICS or above
- 2+ years' experience in Level 2/3 residential surveys (less considered for surveyor role)
