If you have a background in wound care, commercial medical sales, or a strong clinical foundation and want to make a real impact, this is an opportunity to join one of the pioneers of product development in the Wound Care space.
This role is for a relationship builder who can partner with NHS stakeholders - including Tissue Viability Nurses, Procurement Teams, District Nurses, and Clinical Specialists - to position clinically effective solutions at the forefront of patient care. You’ll work across both primary and secondary care.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in wound care, medical sales, or a clinical role with commercial exposure
- A strong track record in sales, influencing decision-makers across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and healthcare providers
- The ability to build long-term strategic partnerships and manage complex sales cycles
- Experience working across both community and acute NHS settings (preferred)
- A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of healthcare procurement and formulary opportunities
- Strong communication, networking, and business development skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercially focused business plan to achieve sales growth
- Identify and engage key NHS stakeholders across primary and secondary care
- Deliver product presentations backed by clinical evidence to decision-makers
- Support product evaluations and align solutions with NHS objectives at ICB level
