Are you an experienced and compassionate professional with a flair for coordination and leadership in the care sector? We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care services to our valued clients across Wiltshire.

About the Role:

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient allocation and management of care staff, fostering strong relationships with clients and carers, and upholding the highest standards of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule care workers to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular communication with clients, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage care worker performance, rota, attendance, and compliance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new care staff.
  • Liaise with social workers, health professionals, and families.
  • Manage client hours and invoicing management.
  • Assess newly admitted clients, prepare care plans and ensure adequate risk assessment documentation and recording.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
