As a Full-Stack Headless Developer at Youwe, you will bridge design and backend systems to build seamless, user‑centric applications. Working with designers, engineers, and clients, you will develop responsive front‑ends and integrate them with multiple backend services via APIs. Your role is to ensure creative visions are technically feasible while delivering secure, high‑performance, and composable platforms within a dynamic headless landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design front‑end structures that are highly responsive, scalable, and maintainable using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop integrations with backend services (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL) in Node.js.
- Work with API gateways and event‑based systems.
- Ensure high‑performance, secure, and composable aspects are applied throughout.
- Work with designers to implement UI/UX requirements and translate creative vision into technical reality.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and SaaS partners to define and maintain API contracts (REST and GraphQL).
- Engage directly with clients to clarify requirements and refine technical architecture.

- Ability: Ability to work directly with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Node.js and backend service integration. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, alongside an in-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of API‑first, composable, and headless architecture patterns.
- Design Sensibility: A strong eye for detail and the ability to interpret design files accurately, ensuring visual consistency and high‑quality UI execution.
- Data & APIs: Practical experience integrating with headless platforms and working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Ensure data flows are correctly mapped out and integrated, with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
