As a Senior New Business Sales Manager, you play a key role in driving our commercial growth and building long-term partnerships with new clients. You take ownership of qualified opportunities, guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, and translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, and strong commercial ownership within an international digital agency environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships
  • Own and manage your annual new business target and sales pipeline
  • Translate complex client challenges into digital roadmaps and commercial proposals
  • Present solutions to multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision makers
  • Lead strategic pitches together with internal specialists from strategy, tech, and marketing
  • Research client business models, digital maturity, and market opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and scoping to negotiation and closing
  • Work with CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline reviews to drive predictable growth
  • Ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams with aligned expectations on scope, budget, and goals
  • Support and coach colleagues on deal strategy, qualification, and pitching best practices

Must-haves

  • Business fluent Dutch and English
