These roles are Inside IR35. Clearance: BPSS. Contract Length: 3-6 months TBC (Immediately available is ideal). Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Rates: Product Manager/Technical Product Manager: £600 per day. Senior Product Manager: £750 per day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Craft compelling product visions and storytelling to communicate value to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Prioritise features and requirements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams; manage geographically distributed teams.
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of strong Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior product role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience across at least two software or product-led organisations, launching and growing multiple products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with executives, customers, and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to prioritise features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers.
  • A track record of successfully launching products.
  • Demonstrable experience with market research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS); familiarity with UX design principles and human-centred design methodologies.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
