Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in video, media and entertainment industry.
- Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
- Experience in an external facing customer interaction role within customer support, business and relationship development.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to interact and manage client relationships in this region.

- Guide creators on best practices for YouTube business generation, including Ad business and alternative business generation products (channel memberships, super chat/stickers, shopping, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address creator needs.
