The Role: We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Management Accountant / Senior Client Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and thrives on delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of services, from producing limited company accounts to VAT returns, corporation tax returns, and management accounts. You’ll be an integral part of the team, providing strategic guidance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting preparation of limited company accounts and corporation tax returns
- VAT returns, management accounts, and cash flow forecasting
- Provide advice and support to clients on accounting and financial matters
- Assist clients in using Xero and other software tools to streamline their financial operations
- Collaborate with business owners to ensure their goals are met and their business is on track
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide training and support on software applications to clients as needed
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, technology, and the overall client experience

- Accountancy practice experience (essential)
- Strong background in company accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts
- Proven experience in building relationships with business owners
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy

- Experience in delivering software training is a plus
