West Dunbartonshire Youth Learning Team are recruiting a Working 4U Development Officer for the operational delivery of frontline services across West Dunbartonshire. The postholder will develop and deliver high‑quality provision to young people to enhance their personal, social and educational skills, allowing them to live their life to their full potential.

Organisation: West Dunbartonshire Council

Contract: Part‑time (28 hours per week). Initial maternity cover for 6 months

Location: Dumbarton

The postholder will take a lead role within the Youth Learning Team, developing partnerships with youth agencies to ensure effective delivery of services. Expected to undertake sessions during unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends. The team currently delivers across key project areas including Youth Empowerment, Community‑Based Youth Work and Youth Work in Schools.
