West Dunbartonshire Youth Learning Team are recruiting a Working 4U Development Officer for the operational delivery of frontline services across West Dunbartonshire. The postholder will develop and deliver high quality provision to young people to enhance their personal, social and educational skills, allowing them to live their life to their full potential.

Organisation: West Dunbartonshire Council

Contract: Part-time (14 hours per week). Permanent

Location: Dumbarton

If successful you will take a lead role, within the Youth Learning Team, in developing partnerships with youth agencies to ensure effective delivery of services for our young people. The post holder will be expected to undertake sessions during unsociable hours inclusive of evenings and weekends. The team currently deliver across key project areas including Youth Empowerment, Community Based Youth Work and Youth Work in Schools. The salary will be pro‑rata to the hours worked.
