Edinburgh Young Carers is seeking a Development Worker to join the Substance Use Team in Edinburgh. The role focuses on delivering high quality support to young carers aged 5–25 who care for someone affected by alcohol or substance use at home, across a full-time 35-hour week.
The postholder will raise awareness, identify hidden carers, and prepare Young Carers Statements/Adult Carer Support Plans, ensuring personal outcomes are met in line with the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016.
