WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual committed to supporting young people and unlocking opportunities for their growth. You believe in their potential and understand the barriers they face. With strong relationships in local communities, you’ll build partnerships with local authorities, community services, and stakeholders to ensure YouthBuild’s programmes align with local needs and maximise opportunities for young people. You’ll have experience in community engagement and be comfortable delivering sessions that help young people connect with their community, building the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to succeed. Collaborative and driven, you’ll strengthen partnerships and create meaningful support networks as young people progress on their learner journey and into employment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partnership Building and Engagement: build relationships with local organisations and stakeholders, representing YouthBuild and connecting young people to support services.
Strengthening Our Network: position YouthBuild as a leader in youthdevelopment, fostering partnerships and using insights from the YouthBuild Global network.
Programme Collaboration and Delivery: deliver sessions and activities that empower young people, addressing local needs and promoting growth opportunities.
Advocacy and Organisational Impact: use community insights to shape strategy, amplify young people’s voices, and address service gaps through events and partnerships.
