YouthBuild Newark is a transformative organisation dedicated to empowering young people in the Newark community through education, vocational training, and personal development. Our mission is to provide at-risk youth with the skills and support they need to succeed in life and become productive members of society.

At YouthBuild Newark, we believe that every young person deserves a second chance. We offer a range of programmes designed to help individuals aged 16-24 gain their high school diploma or equivalent, while also providing hands-on training in various trades such as construction, healthcare, and technology.

Our approach is holistic, focusing not only on academic achievement but also on building self-esteem, leadership skills, and resilience. We work closely with local businesses and community organisations to create pathways for employment and further education.

Through our dedicated team of mentors and educators, we foster a supportive environment where young people can thrive. Participants engage in community service projects, which not only enhance their skills but also instil a sense of responsibility and connection to their community.
