Who are Youth4Youth? Youth4Youth is a 100% volunteer-run charity dedicated to youth mental health. We believe that young people are best placed to support each other, so we provide peer-led mentoring for those aged under 25. With nearly 300,000 young people currently on NHS waiting lists, our mission is to ensure no one has to face their struggles alone.
We are looking for a goal-oriented and supportive Fundraising Manager to join our small volunteer team. This is a critical role that directly funds our future. You will own our flagship fundraising events and help us unlock the grants we need to grow, ensuring Youth4Youth remains a sustainable lifeline for young people.
Key Responsibilities- Marathon Management: Own our London Marathon strategy for 2026–2027. You’ll create the communications plan to recruit next year’s runners and provide them with the support and motivation they need to cross the finish line.
- Grant Research: Help identify new grant opportunities and occasionally support with grant writing and applications.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with our Social Media and PR Managers to ensure our fundraising news and success stories reach as many people as possible.
- A passion for youth mental health and a "can-do" attitude toward hitting targets.
- Excellent communication skills — you’ll be the main point of contact for some of our amazing fundraisers.
- Strong organisational skills and an interest in charity funding.
You will gain invaluable experience in event management and charity income generation. Your work will provide the financial security that allows us to support thousands of young people who are currently waiting for help.
