With nearly 300,000 young people currently on NHS waiting lists, our mission is to ensure no one has to face their struggles alone.

We are looking for a goal-oriented and supportive Fundraising Manager to join our small volunteer team. This is a critical role that directly funds our future. You will own our flagship fundraising events and help us unlock the grants we need to grow, ensuring Youth4Youth remains a sustainable lifeline for young people.

  • Grant Research: Help identify new grant opportunities and occasionally support with grant writing and applications.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with our Social Media and PR Managers to ensure our fundraising news and success stories reach as many people as possible.
What we’re looking for
  • A passion for youth mental health and a "can-do" attitude toward hitting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills — you’ll be the main point of contact for some of our amazing fundraisers.
