Youth Unity CIC in Havering & Epping is recruiting a Trauma-Informed Senior Youth Mentor to lead field-based work with vulnerable young people across two boroughs. You will build trusted relationships, deliver one-to-one and group sessions, and support colleagues and families with coordinated, trauma-informed care.
The role requires developing outcomes, safeguarding practice, and travel between sites. A Level 3 Youth Work or equivalent is preferred; commitment and hands-on experience matter most.
