Youth Unity CIC is seeking a Trauma-Informed Senior Youth Mentor for Havering & Epping. This fixed-term 2-year role involves out‑in‑the‑community mentoring, developing junior mentors, and close work with families and schools to wrap support around each young person.
You'll travel between sites, build trust with vulnerable youth, and use your creativity to engage those who are hardest to reach, all while safeguarding and documenting progress carefully.
