Project Administrator (known internally as Project Coordinator – Learning Academy)
Salary: £24,471 per annum (Full Time) 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Loughborough Hybrid (Minimum 3 days working in the Loughborough office)

We are an independent charity devoted to changing young people’s lives through PE and sport. Our ‘Learning Academy’ is made up of all our tutors, development coaches and athlete mentors who deliver training and interventions to schools on our behalf. Join us and you will provide specialised support to those programmes which utilise these Youth Sport Trust practitioners by ensuring they are effectively deployed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to day‑to‑day programme queries, engaging with practitioners, schools and other key stakeholders.
- Use our systems to keep programme data and information accessible and follow financial processes.
- Coordinate multiple projects, working with external partners and building effective relationships.
- Update system databases and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Excellent eye for detail and experience updating system databases.
- Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and in writing.
- Ability to work quickly to changing priorities and respond well as part of a team.
