Youth Music is seeking a proactive NextGen Community Producer to shape our support for young creatives and help them bridge learning and earning in music. You will program national events, workshops and networking opportunities while building strong relationships with participants and industry partners.
You will lead the NextGen community strategy, recruit talent for paid freelance roles, broker progression opportunities, and help develop a new brand and user journey for community members.
