Location: Middlesbrough Town Hall

Session Times: Tuesdays, 10.15am – 11.45am

Rate of pay: £37.50 weekly fee (£25 per hour delivery). Musinc’s rates of pay include time for session planning and weekly set up / pack down of equipment, in addition to delivery within the hours stated above. This position is self-employed, and contracts will be awarded termly.

Our funding is confirmed until March 2027 and we expect this project to run until then, with the option to further extend.

Activity Term dates Summer Term 2026 (11 sessions): 21st, 28th April; 5th, 12th, 19th May; 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th June; 7th July.

Overall purpose of the role: To support delivery of inclusive and high-quality music making activities for d/Deaf, Disabled and Neurodivergent adults. Upbeat is a weekly music group based at Middlesbrough Town Hall. The sessions involve singing, percussion, and pitched instruments dependent on the interests and experience of the participants.
