At 224 Youth Zone, we’re creating a world-class space for young people in South Bristol, and we’re looking for a Philanthropy Manager to lead the way in securing the vital support to make it happen. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new culture of giving in the city. You’ll play a pivotal role in building meaningful partnerships with individuals and businesses who want to be part of something transformational. This isn’t just about fundraising, it’s about inspiring long-term investment in the future of young people.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take the reins of our Founder Patron campaign, securing £25k+ multi-year commitments from passionate donors
  • Build, manage and nurture a portfolio of high-impact supporters who want to create real change
  • Deliver powerful stewardship that keeps our Patrons engaged long after they give
  • Launch and grow an ambitious philanthropy programme that inspires a culture of giving across Bristol
  • Create compelling cases for support and work cross-team to bring our mission to life

What we’re looking for:

  • A relationship-builder who thrives on making meaningful connections
  • Experienced in philanthropy, high-value fundraising or partnership management (nonprofit or corporate)
  • Strategic, creative, and driven by results
  • Comfortable in rooms with CEOs, community champions, and everyone in between
