YHA Manorbier, located near Tenby, Pembrokeshire, is seeking a Hospitality Team Member for a seasonal, flexible contract from July to September 2026. The position offers a minimum of 0 hours per week at a rate of £12.71 per hour, applicable to all, including those under the age of 21.

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will join a friendly and close-knit team by the sea, welcoming groups, families, solo travellers, and international guests. Our hostel provides both traditional and glamping-style accommodation, along with an on-site café offering full meal service, hot drinks, snacks, and ice cream.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing great customer service to all customers, members, and guests.
  • Working on reception, offering insights about the hostel and the local area.
  • Ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Using our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
  • Carrying out housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable, clean environment for all visitors.
  • Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality.

  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Excellent timekeeping and flexibility to cover different shifts.
