Youth Hostels Association (England & Wales) is seeking a Group Sales Advisor to manage inbound group sales enquiries across phone, email and web, guiding customers from initial enquiry through to booking with outstanding service. This fixed-term role from August 2026 to July 2027 is hybrid, 37.5 hours per week, based at Head Office with two days on site.
You will convert leads, upsell solutions, maintain records and build lasting relationships while delivering a high-volume, high-quality sales.
