YHA Keswick is seeking a Duty Manager to support the Hostel Manager in a busy Lake District hostel.
The role covers reception, kitchen, housekeeping and guest services, with duties shared across a warm, hands-on team.
You will supervise daily operations, guide staff, manage check-ins/outs, assist in food service, and stand in for the Hostel Manager when needed.
The position is permanent with a flexible pattern and requires at least 25 hours weekly.
