The Youth Hostels Association (England & Wales) is seeking a Group Sales Advisor to manage inbound group sales enquiries across phone, email and web, guiding customers from first contact to booking with outstanding service. This is a hybrid role (home working with 2 days per week at Head Office DE4 3YH), 37.5 hours per week, fixed term October 2026 to October 2027, paying £25,200 per annum.
