The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Research Officer to scope, commission and manage high-quality evaluations; and conduct data analysis and quantitative social and economic research. You will also use your analytical expertise to extract insights from data, identify trends, and liaise with policy and communication teams to prepare outputs for external use.
You will support the work of YFFβs evaluation team in generating new evidence for employment support programmes and Employer Practice through impact evaluations, including Randomised Controlled Trials. The role also offers opportunities to work on data visualisations for effective communication of data and research insights.
This role can be based at our Birmingham, Leeds or London hub. We currently operate a hybrid model of two days per week in the office and three days from home.
