The Outreach and Support Officer will deliver knowledgeable, high-quality, youth-centred support to young people in various settings. You will get out into the community via outreach engagement, offering one-to-one support, events and groups.
You will be a key part of our Information and Guidance team, delivering wellbeing programmes and workshops for YES. This role is frontline and delivery-focused, supporting the development of responsive, inclusive, and professionally delivered services in outreach settings such as schools, youth clubs, social spaces and groups and will be pivotal within our small team of young people's support staff.
