The YES Trust is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join as Regional Director for School Improvement. Reporting to the Director of Education, you will act as the strategic partner across your region, evaluating effectiveness, identifying priorities, and providing challenge and support to secure sustainable improvement. You will work with Executive Headteachers and Headteachers to drive educational excellence across Alternative Provision and specialist settings.
