The YES Trust West Midlands seeks a Regional Director for School Improvement to lead strategic improvement across designated schools.
You will work alongside Executive Headteachers and Headteachers to strengthen leadership, drive sustainable change, and raise outcomes through evidence-informed support.
Reporting to the Director of Education, you will evaluate effectiveness, quality assure SEFs/SDPs, monitor progress, and provide regular assurance reports to trustees.
