Youth Action in Lancashire is seeking a Head of Programmes on a part-time basis (minimum 25 hours per week) to lead the strategic development and delivery of our youth work services for young people aged 11–25, especially those facing disadvantage.
You’ll provide leadership to staff and volunteers, oversee programme quality and safeguarding, build partnerships and support income generation, while delivering our organisational strategy in a hands-on, supportive style.
