Company: Our client is a YouTube Video Ad Tech business that has a phenomenal reputation within the industry. They have their own proprietary brand safety/contextual tech and are about to embark on the next part of their growth journey, and this is your chance to join a trusted, credible and rapidly growing business in the superhot YouTube CTV space.

The Role: With the rapid growth of the company's global footprint, they are building a global Partnership hub function that supports the innovation and servicing across all global markets. There is a huge opportunity to service the needs of their partners who are proactively looking for ways to continue growing their relationships, and this role will be imperative to build a blueprint of leading a specific global patch. This role will support the desire to have a dedicated resource across the elected Holding Companies, where there is an existing and strong global relationship and presence. The successful candidate will offer world-class strategic sales skills, programmatic and product expertise and enviable communication and collaboration skills to fast-track global to local revenue and relationships across a dedicated HoldCo.

Requirements: We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background working across international accounts at leading global networks (such as Omnicom or Publicis). Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in programmatic, biddable, video, and AV media, collaborating with senior teams at both agency and client levels. Key competencies include:

  • Strategic Communication: Ability to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication — from briefing internal teams to presenting innovative solutions to senior clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working seamlessly across internal teams and building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
