About the Role

Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across the UK
  • Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
  • Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
  • Use consultative selling to uncover publisher needs and align them with the right monetisation solutions
  • Manage negotiation processes primarily through email

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in programmatic advertising (publisher monetisation, SSP, ad network, ad-ops, supply partnerships, etc.)

Required Skills

  • Ability to act as a trusted point of contact for publishers and technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of JS tags, header bidding, VAST, OpenRTB (you don’t need to be an engineer, just confident with the concepts)
  • Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, good with managing pipelines, deadlines and proactive follow-ups
  • Proven track record in business development or account growth in a digital / services-led environment
  • A positive, energetic “can-do” attitude and genuine drive to grow with a fast-scaling company
  • Self-starter: comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first setup
